Private Sequoia Full-Day Tour guests will be picked up at their accommodations in Three Rivers or meet us at Three Rivers Historical Museum or Wuksachi Lodge inside Sequoia National Park. Sequoia Majesty Tour depart from a choice of 3 locations in Three Rivers – Three Rivers Historical Museum, Sequoia RV Ranch (guests only), and Three Rivers Hideaway Campground (guests only). Sequoia Splendor Tour. guests will be picked up at the Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park. Kings Canyon Full-Day Tour guests can either be picked up at the John Muir Lodge in Kings Canyon National Park, Wuksachi Lodge inside Sequoia National Park, or at the Three Rivers Historical Museum in Three Rivers.
We can accommodate those able to use a bus seat and can carry collapsed wheelchairs and walkers. We do not have ramps or spots for open wheelchairs on our vehicles.

It is customary to tip the guide. Gratuity is always based on individual preference but we suggest 10-15% which is the industry standard. You may tip the guide in cash or most guides have Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
For your child’s safety, California State Law requires that you bring a child safety seat or booster seat for all children under 8 years old or shorter than 4′ 9″. Please ensure you bring your own child seat for all tours. If you do not provide a seat for your child, you will forfeit your tour seats and will not receive a refund.
You should dress in layers. Wuksachi Lodge sits at an elevation of Elevation 7200′ above sea level. The weather can vary from one location to another, so dressing in layers will allow you to be comfortable no matter where you are. Also, walking shoes or warm boots are suggested for during the winter months. Seasonally appropriate clothing will help keep you comfortable.
Bring a camera, water, snacks to eat at the stops, and sunscreen. Depending on the season you might want to have a sun hat, gloves, a warm hat, rain jacket, sweater, or a heavy coat.
You have the option to order a box lunch for an additional cost. You can also bring your own lunch or we can stop at a restaurant in the park where you can purchase lunch.
Both locations mentioned above and the Giant Forest Museum offer the opportunity to buy souvenirs of your visit.

Semi-Private Sequoia Full Day Tour and Sequoia Group Half Day Tour will now have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations outside of 48 hours from the departure time of the tour will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 48 hours of departure time will receive no refund.
Private Sequoia full-day tours and Private Kings Canyon full-day tours have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations outside of 7 days from the departure time of the tour will receive full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 7 days of departure time will receive no refund.
If you purchased Cancellation protection you may cancel your booking for any reason up to 72 hours before the tour start time. You will be refunded in full minus a $50 cancellation fee if tour is canceled 72 hours prior to the departure time of the tour.

Pets are not permitted our group tours – this includes semi-private tours and Sequoia Splendor tour. The only animals allowed on our group tours are registered service animals – this does not include emotional support animals. Small well behaved dogs are allowed on private tours.
